About me and my therapy practice
I am integrative therapist committed to helping you identify your needs and find ways to meet them. I offer the space where you can reconnect with yourself, especially if you've spent much of your time caring for others (such as loved one affected by addiction, an adult child leaving home, or someone who ill and consistently needs your care and attention).
I can support people who are currently facing challenges and their own needs may have been out aside. Together, we gently explore your experience and support you in learning how to care for yourself as well as for others.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome! I'm Ina Balsyte, and I'm honored you're considering taking this important step in your wellness journey with me. With roots in Eastern Europe and a background in the corporate world, I've seen how stress, expectations, and cultural narratives shape us. Having moved to the UK from a different cultural environment, I also understand the challenges of navigating life between cultures and how isolating or confusing that can sometimes feel. Counselling was a turning point in my own life, and its impact is what led me to this profession. Today, I offer a space where others can explore their experiences and create meaningful change.
