About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Amy. I qualified in adult counselling in June 2025, but have had extensive experience of pastoral roles, working with people with addicitions, working with people who have anxiety, depression or self esteem issues.

Now I am qualified I can offer counselling to clients who need that bit of support to journey through life and the different situations they find themselves in.

I am thankful for this opportunity and look forward to meeting you.

Practice description

My practice is avaliable Monday - Friday and i am flexible with the timings I can offer.

My first session

I offer free 20 minute assessment phone call to all clients so we can get to know each other, your situation and see if we are a good fit before you book in.
