About me and my therapy practice
Are you navigating a life transition, grief, or feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Perhaps you are seeking the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of yourself?
I offer a warm, inclusive and confidential space where you can safely explore your emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we’ll build a trusting therapeutic relationship grounded in acceptance, curiosity, and attunement.
Through insight and gentle challenge, we can explore patterns from your past and present that may no longer serve you. This process can be both challenging and deeply rewarding—leading to greater self-awareness, more fulfilling relationships, and a renewed sense of vitality.
Practice description
I’m a relational integrative psychotherapist, drawing primarily from psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. Our work together will centre your needs—you’ll be heard and supported in unpacking and processing your experiences, gaining insight into yourself, healing, and exploring your choices and desires for life.
Creativity is also welcome in our sessions, if and when it feels right for you. Creative exploration can offer new perspectives and help access emotions and insights that may be difficult to reach through words alone.
I affirm and celebrate all diverse, intersectional identities. My practice is explicitly anti-oppressive and grounded in an awareness of how broader social, cultural, and systemic forces shape our lives and mental health. I hold a Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity (GSRD)-accredited postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling.
Alongside private practice, I volunteer at an East London Bereavement Service. I previously volunteered at a charity supporting people who feel life is no longer worth living. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I was a qualified lawyer, and I then worked in the charity sector for over a decade as a legal campaigner in human rights law.
