Welcome — I'm Emma, a Âé¶¹Ô­´´ registered therapist offering online counselling across the UK.

How I Work...

I offer an integrative approach, drawing from:

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to explore thoughts and behaviours that might be keeping you stuck

- Person-centred therapy to ensure you feel heard and accepted exactly as you are

- Compassion-focused therapy (CFT) to help you develop a kinder inner voice and reduce self-criticism

Together, we’ll create a space that supports growth and healing — at your pace.

Healing Your Relationship with Food & Body...

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burdened by food guilt, restrictive thinking, or deep frustration with their bodies. I offer a gentle, informed approach to help you rebuild trust with food and discover compassion toward your body — while also challenging societal norms that promote shame and deprivation.

You do not need a diagnosis to seek support.


Practice description

About Sessions

I offer therapy remotely via Zoom, which means you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Sessions are 50 minutes and typically held weekly.

I also have the capacity offer talking therapy outdoors in a beautiful location - allowing for incorporating some nature therapuetic techniques.
