About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Justyna. I’m an integrative therapist offering sessions in English and Polish for adults, both in person and online. My way of working is flexible and responsive, drawing on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or unsure why certain thoughts or emotions keep returning. In our work together, we may explore your thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and how these can show up in the body or in relationships. This process can help you better understand yourself and develop new ways of responding to the challenges you’re facing.
I aim to create a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard. Sometimes people come with a clear difficulty such as anxiety, relationship struggles, or life changes. Others come with a more general sense that something isn’t quite right but find it hard to put into words. Therapy offers a place to slow down, reflect, and gently make sense of what may be happening beneath the surface.
My approach is collaborative and paced according to what feels right for you. Rather than rushing towards solutions, we take time to understand your experiences and the patterns that may have developed over time. My hope is that through this process you can gain greater self-awareness, feel more at ease with yourself, and discover new ways of relating to others.
What I can help with:
anxiety and low mood
stress and emotional overwhelm
relationship and communication difficulties
self-esteem and confidence
trauma and past experiences
bereavement and loss
anger and emotional regulation
life transitions and personal change
women’s issues
cultural identity and cross-cultural experiences
pregnancy and parenthood
Practice description
Sessions offer a space to talk, reflect, and explore what is important to you at your own pace. Together we may look at patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and consider how earlier experiences might influence how you relate to yourself and others today.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. Sometimes simply having the space to speak openly and be listened to can begin to bring clarity and change.
My first session
It’s natural to feel a mix of nervousness and curiosity when meeting a new therapist, and I aim to make the session as comfortable and supportive as possible.
In our first meeting, I’ll start by going over some practical details about how we might work together. Then, you’ll have space to share what has brought you to therapy and a little about your background, at your own pace. Towards the end, we’ll reflect briefly on how the session has felt for you and, if you’re ready, consider whether you’d like to continue.
