About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Justyna. I am an integrative therapist, offering sessions in both English and Polish, working with adults in-person and online. My approach is flexible and responsive, drawing from a range of therapeutic methods to meet each client’s individual needs. In our work together, we explore thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and the ways these are reflected in the body, helping you understand patterns, process experiences, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, or simply seeking clarity and understanding, therapy provides a space to pause, reflect, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you develop greater insight, resilience, and ease in your life.
Practice description
In our sessions, I aim to create a welcoming and supportive space where you can feel comfortable exploring what’s on your mind. People often come to therapy to navigate challenges in relationships, manage feelings of anxiety or low mood, or make sense of life changes, but you don’t need a specific problem to benefit from therapy.
I take a collaborative and flexible approach, working at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and gently discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to help you feel understood, gain insight, and develop a greater sense of balance and ease in your life.
My first session
It’s natural to feel a mix of nervousness and curiosity when meeting a new therapist, and I aim to make the session as comfortable and supportive as possible.
In our first meeting, I’ll start by going over some practical details about how we might work together. Then, you’ll have space to share what has brought you to therapy and a little about your background, at your own pace. Towards the end, we’ll reflect briefly on how the session has felt for you and, if you’re ready, consider whether you’d like to continue.
