I offer a mix of morning and early evening slots and currently have spaces upcoming in my online and face to face practice.
I do not offer any sessions on the weekend and am currently unable to offer double-length sessions or sessions on a fortnightly basis.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor which means I use a variety of approaches and modalities which I adapt to suit each client and their specific needs.
I have experience working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds within the mental health sector for the charity Mind and for a private low-cost therapy service.
I work with a range of issues and presentations. If you don't see yourself represented in the list below, it doesn't mean we can't work together. This is just some of the experience I have.
Practice description
My position is to walk alongside you with whatever you may be going through. I welcome the thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to express elsewhere and will support you in understanding them.
I take a non-judgemental stance where we can explore your experience with curiosity and compassion. I ask questions to help us get to the heart of the matter and offer honest reflections and insights to deepen that exploration.
Together we can look at the patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back from living and relating in ways that feel authentic and fulfilling so you can start making choices that align more closely with your values.
My first session
If you are interested in working together, please send me an email and if I have a space, I will invite you for an initial consultation online which lasts 50 minutes costs £70.
Before the consultation I will ask you to fill out a personal information sheet.
During the consultation I will ask some questions about you, what’s brought you to therapy and your history. You will also have a chance to find out a little about me and the way I work too. This session is designed as a chance for both of us to see if we will work well together.
If we decide we aren’t a good fit I would be happy to help find a referral for you, or pass on further resources.
