About me and my therapy practice
I work with people who are quietly struggling with anxiety or depression and longing to feel better. Perhaps you’re feeling more anxious, edgy, or irritable than usual. Maybe on some days you find yourself on the verge of tears, while on others you feel curiously numb and empty.
It can be hard to believe things will improve when you’re feeling down in the dumps. I’m here to remind you that change is possible. I’ve been helping people lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives since 2019—first as an executive and career coach and trainer, and now as a psychodynamic psychotherapeutic counsellor.
Practice description
I work with people from all walks of life and have extensive experience supporting people with Autism and ADHD in a neuro-affirming way.
My professional background has also given me valuable insight into a wide range of workplace challenges, including burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome.
Alongside my private practice, I also work with students in a university setting, offering short-term, focused therapy, exploring identity issues and navigating the personal and social changes that come with this stage of life.

This means we’ll explore how your past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping how you feel and relate today, while also focusing on reconnecting with your values, strengths, and goals. I can also work solely within a therapeutic or coaching approach, if that’s what works best for you.
At the heart of my work is a belief in a deeper self—the calm, wise part of you that knows what you need and longs to live more fully. When life becomes overwhelming, it’s easy to lose touch with that inner clarity. Therapy offers a space to reconnect with it.
