About me and my therapy practice
I am a Level 6 trained integrative therapist and a registered member of the Â鶹Դ´.
Since 2013, I have been working therapeutically with families.
With a focus on compassion and nurturing the therapeutic relationship, I strive to offer a space that is uniquely yours, giving you the opportunity to explore any challenges you may be experiencing.
I believe that past traumas and experiences can resurface in the present, manifesting as anxiety, depression, and difficulties in relationships. My aim is to help you process these life events in order to gain insight and meaning.
I provide a safe, compassionate, and empathic environment for individuals aged 17 and above. I am fully insured, DBS-checked, and operate within strict ethical guidelines.
As an integrative counsellor, I work collaboratively with you to find the most appropriate therapeutic approach. My primary modality is relational and person-centred. I believe that the relationship we build is key to supporting you in feeling comfortable enough to begin exploring your inner world.
I have a particular interest in childhood trauma and dissociative disorders and have undertaken additional training in this area.
I can also help with:
• Anxiety and stress
• Abuse
• Bereavement and loss
• Low self-esteem
• Loss of meaning and purpose
• Life transitions
• Negative thoughts and feelings
• Trauma
I offer in-person sessions in Canterbury and online via Zoom. The rate is £60 per fifty-minute session.
If you are considering therapy and would like to discuss how we can work together to find a way forward, please feel free to contact me
