About me and my therapy practice
Life doesn’t always go as planned, and we all need a place to pause and reflect. It's okay not to have everything figured out before reaching out for help. I'm here to listen without judgment, help you make sense of your feelings, and support you in finding your own path forward.
Many clients seek my support after experiencing a life-changing event, such as a separation, divorce, redundancy, bereavement, or the everyday challenges of life and family. Others may be struggling with low self-esteem, confidence, stress, or burnout, feeling disconnected, experiencing anxiety or depression, and carrying a sense that something isn't right.
I have experience working with trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties, and understanding their lasting impact on our emotions and how we navigate the world. I also work with clients navigating perimenopause/menopause, ADHD, and work-related stress.
Whatever brings you to therapy, it can be an opportunity for real change. Therapy is not just for crises; it can offer emotional support, help you reconnect with yourself, and unlock your growth potential, ultimately guiding you to lead a more fulfilling life.
Practice description
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs and therapy goals. I’m trauma-informed and draw on a range of psychological approaches to support your wellbeing and personal growth.
- In my practice, I am guided by the following principles:
- I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I strive to understand your unique experiences as you live them.
- I recognise that past experiences can influence the present, and I work to establish meaningful connections between the two.
- I am interested in how broader systems, such as our families, communities, and social or political networks, shape our emotional responses.
- I believe that meaningful change can only occur within a trusting therapeutic relationship. Therefore, I do my best to create a space where you feel heard and understood in all aspects of yourself.
- I am committed to non-discriminatory practice and welcome clients of all identities, cultures, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations, as well as those with health conditions or disabilities.
I attend regular supervision and follow the Â鶹Դ´ code of ethics. I also engage in ongoing professional development.

Making Contact
Reaching out can feel intimidating, but I aim to make you feel comfortable when you do. If you’re interested in working together, the first step is to send me an email, give me a call or text me. If I am unavailable, please leave a message, and I will get back to you within 24 hours. We can discuss the available regular session times and whether you prefer therapy online or in person.
First Session
We will begin with a 50-minute assessment session. This meeting will allow us to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and your goals and expectations. You are welcome to ask me any questions about myself and the type of therapy I offer. Please rest assured that all information shared during this assessment will remain confidential. This session is charged at £30 and is entirely without further obligation.
Our Ongoing Work
If we decide to work together, we will establish a counselling contract that outlines the terms of our therapy. From that point on, we will meet at the same time and on the same day each week.
