I’m a qualified psychodynamic therapist and a registered member of the Âé¶¹Ô­´´. I offer weekly therapy in my private and calm rooms across London and Brighton/Hove. I also offer online therapy from my own garden cabin for those unable to attend due to scheduling, location, or international residence.

About me and my therapy practice

My approach is to help clients to transform their relationships, overcome difficulties and process what is unresolved. Your transformation unfolds at your own pace. Therapy with me is a safe and confidential space to explore and understand the areas in your life that may be causing you anxiety, sadness, pain or anger. I became a therapist as I have a wide range of lived experience which has given me a grounding and deep understanding that I bring to all of my clients.


I have successfully worked with a wide range of issues having worked in various settings, including the NHS, charitable agencies and private practice. The following list is not exhaustive:

I completed my professional training at the University of Brighton, one of the UK’s esteemed training institutions accredited by the Âé¶¹Ô­´´. I also attended the Minster Centre in London studying on their Integrative Psychotherapy programme before transferring to Brighton.
