About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling stuck?
Hi, I'm Ryan, and I am here to help you.
Life can look fine on the outside, but underneath you may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or caught in repeating cycles. I work with individuals and couples who are coping day-to-day, but sense that something isn’t quite holding together.
I offer therapy in person and online. My approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in both professional training and lived experience. Sessions provide space to slow things down, understand what’s driving current patterns, and work towards steady, meaningful change.
I have specialist experience supporting clients with
• anxiety and depression
• relationship problems (for both couples and individuals)
• ADHD and Autism
• addiction and compulsive behaviours
• food and eating challenges
• binge eating disorder (BED)
• body image concerns and body dysmorphic disorder (BDD)
• grief (including pet bereavement)
• trauma
These challenges often intersect and show up most clearly in our relationships, communication, identity, and self-worth.
Many clients I work with are navigating neurodivergence, burnout, or high-performance environments. I offer a grounded, non-judgemental space, where careful reflection is possible.
Alongside that reflection, you will gain clarity and direction that helps you to make sense of complexity, and move forward with purpose. My experience as a coach, leader, and manager allows us to work in a more goal-focused and strategic way, when it’s helpful and appropriate to do so.
Practice description
I offer sessions in-person, online, or by telephone - whatever feels most comfortable and convenient for you. My counselling room is private, welcoming, and discreet, based within a professional office setting to ensure confidentiality and safety at all times.
