Many of us lose sight of ourselves when facing anxiety, low self-esteem, or the persistent pressure to meet the expectations of others. If you find yourself chasing impossible standards or battling feelings of guilt and shame, you are not alone.
I specialise in helping individuals move through perfectionism, heal painful relationship patterns, and recover from burnout and depression. My approach is tailored for anyone feeling "lost", including men conditioned to "hold it all together" who need a safe place to finally let their guard down.
As a mixed Black woman originally from France, I am deeply committed to providing a culturally sensitive space where your whole identity is respected. I offer therapy in both English and French, helping you explore your world in the language that feels most natural to you.
You deserve to feel safe, seen, and truly enough - just as you are.

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. This is a relaxed, pressure-free opportunity for us to meet, discuss what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy, and see if we are a good fit. There is no obligation to commit, it鈥檚 simply a chance for you to ask questions and feel out the connection.
Our First Full Session
If you decide to move forward, our first full session will be a gentle exploration of your history and your goals. We will talk about what you hope to achieve and how we can work together to help you feel more like yourself again.
