About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Lisa, I am a qualified counsellor who uses my lived experiences to aid the delivery of counselling.
I am neurodivergent myself, and have lived with anxiety and panic for years. This was part of the motivation for me to become a counsellor as I felt the benefit of counselling myself and I wish to share some of that compassion to support others on their journeys.
I use a gentle person centred approach, and aim to walk alongside you as you go through difficult times, or just as you explore yourself.
I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental place for you. My sessions are a safe space for neurodivergent people and LGBTQIA+ people.
Practice description
I offer online and telephone appointments, whatever works best for you.
I have flexible times, including evenings and weekends.
Sessions are £45 for 50 minutes. Concessionary rates available.
