Availability
I offer sessions in person as well as online via Zoom, with some evening availability.
The best way to reach me is by email. I offer a free 20 minute introductory call on the phone or Zoom so we can see whether working together might be useful for you.
About me and my therapy practice
I support you with anxiety, stress, anger, depression, addiction, ADHD, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, shame and loss. I also welcome LGBTQ+ clients and anyone exploring questions of identity, culture and belonging.
You may come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns around intimacy, relationships, or pornography use, often alongside shame, isolation or questions about masculinity and connection.
Together we can explore these experiences openly and without judgement. Alongside empathy and care, I also offer gentle challenge where it feels helpful.
Practice description
I work integratively, which means I shape the therapy around you rather than following a single method. I draw on different ways of understanding thoughts, feelings, behaviour, the body and relationships.
In my practice, the therapeutic relationship matters, as it is often through relationship that awareness grows and patterns become clearer. We are born in relationship, and we heal in relationship.
This is a place where you can begin to let the fa莽ade down and start putting down some of the baggage you鈥檝e been carrying. A place where I get to meet you, and you get to meet yourself more honestly.
My first session
In our first session, we鈥檒l explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to understand or work through.
As we continue, we deepen awareness of the patterns and coping strategies you bring, noticing what may once have helped but no longer serves you.
I have a particular interest in early attachment and how it shapes the way we think, feel and relate.

The best way to reach me is by email. I offer a free 20 minute introductory call on the phone or Zoom so we can see whether working together might be helpful for you.
About me and my therapy practice
At the core of my practice is exploring how you make meaning of your experiences, what gets held in your body and nervous system, and the role your behaviours have played in helping you cope, including what may still serve you and what may no longer do so.
I support you with anxiety, stress, anger, depression, addiction, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, shame and loss. I also welcome LGBTQ+ clients and anyone exploring questions of identity, culture and belonging.
You may come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns around intimacy, relationships or pornography use, often alongside shame, isolation or questions about masculinity and connection. My first session
In our first session, we鈥檒l go through the contract and explore what has brought you to therapy. We鈥檒l get curious about the moment or experiences that led you to think, 鈥淚 need therapy,鈥 and begin to talk about what you hope to understand or move towards.
As we continue, we鈥檒l notice patterns and coping strategies that may once have helped but no longer serve you. I have a particular interest in early attachment and how it shapes the way we think, feel and relate.
