I work in Brixton on Friday afternoons.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist drawing on a variety of modalities to best suit your needs. I work relationally through our therapeutic relationship to explore your interpersonal relationships. Most importantly, I work at your pace and according to your agenda.
I have worked with a wide range of clients, seeking help with depression, anxiety, grief, burn out, questions of identity and belonging, complex family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, as well as inter-racial and inter-faith relationship issues.
Practice description
You might feel like something is wrong, but you can’t quite put your finger on it. You may be feeling lost, unseen, invisible, and tired of being othered. Taking this first step is courageous and I hope that together we will find a way through.
Identity and belonging are fundamental to our sense of safety and feeling understood. I have a particular interest in mixed and multi-racial heritage backgrounds. This is the fastest growing demographic in the UK but remains largely underrepresented in all fields.
I have lived experience of living and working in other countries. Learning and adjusting to other social, linguistic, and cultural references is immensely beneficial, but it can also leave us wondering where home is – belonging everywhere and nowhere. I also have lived experience of burn out having worked in high stress environments for over a decade before moving into the mental health field.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call.
What I can help with
Anxiety, Cultural issues, Depression, Identity issues, Relationships, Self esteem, Trauma, Women's issues
Types of therapy

How I deliver therapy
Long-term face-to-face work, Short-term face-to-face work
