I work in Brixton on Friday afternoons.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist drawing on a variety of modalities to best suit your needs. Primarily, I work relationally through our therapeutic relationship to explore your interpersonal relationships. I also have a particular interest in the Jungian approach, working with archetypes, dreams and symbols to gain a deeper insight into the psyche.
Mixed and multi-racial heritage is the fastest growing demographic in the UK but remains largely underrepresented in all fields. Identity and belonging are fundamental to our sense of safety and feeling understood, but this becomes challenging in the context of discrimination or rejection from family or the community.
Growing up in another country or in a place where we have to learn and adjust to other social, linguistic, and cultural references is immensely beneficial, allowing us to adapt quickly in new environments, but it can also leave us feeling alienated and disconnected, wondering where home really is – belonging everywhere and nowhere.
What I can help with
Anxiety, Cultural issues, Depression, Identity issues, Relationships, Self esteem, Trauma, Women's issues

How I deliver therapy
