About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychotherapist and counselling psychologist in training with experience of working with adults, adolescents and young people facing a range of challenging issues and psychological difficulties. I also work with couples.
My approach to therapy is collaborative with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I endeavour to create a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can explore your experiences and feelings with the aim of making positive changes that will benefit you in your current and future life.
Practice description
Drawing on a range of approaches including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Existentialism, therapy will be tailored to your individual needs.
My first session
Our first session is a time for us to get a sense of one another, if and how we might work together and to explore your reasons for seeking therapy.
