About me and my therapy practice
鈥淔inding a good therapist is like finding the right shoe that fits right and feels comfortable鈥.
Perhaps you're feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed. Maybe you're coping with grief, navigating trauma, or adjusting to changes in your life 鈥 like moving countries, relationship breakdowns, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, perimenopause, or menopause.
You might not even be sure what you need right now, only that you'd like things to feel different.
I am trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and anti-oppressive in my practice, and I warmly welcome LGBTQIA+ clients. I also bring lived experience of ADHD and perimenopause, and understand firsthand how these can shape your life and wellbeing.
I can only offer online or phone therapy, as I am based in Cornwall.
Practice description
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centred counselling, where you are the expert in your own experience, and I walk alongside you in your journey, with the option of psychoeducation if learning about your experiences would support your growth.
I can only offer online or phone therapy, as I am based in Cornwall.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to see if we are a good fit to work together. If we decide to move forward, we will book your next appointment, and I will send you an assessment form along with our contract agreement to complete. After the initial call, all subsequent sessions must be paid for in advance, at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
