About me and my therapy practice

Seeking counselling can be daunting, especially if this is your first time.

I offer a space where we can think about what has brought you to this point in your life. Together we explore your unique story and discover parts of you that need a voice.

Without judgement or criticism, we consider why events or situations make you feel the way you do, and often we are able to see there is a pattern to them.

This exploration happens in the sessions, where we approach your story gently and with kindness.

You will learn to recognise what old feelings are stirred up in current situations as we work to untangle the past from the present.

In time, this work brings self-awareness, insight and a resilience to take forward.
