Practice description
How I Work
Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to you. I believe meaningful change happens when we feel safe, heard, and understood.
Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, especially when it’s hard to talk to those closest to us. Counselling provides a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.
As an Integrative Therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to create therapy that’s unique to your needs and experiences.
I offer online counselling, which gives you flexibility to fit therapy around your life or work schedule. I work with clients on both a short-term and long-term basis, depending on your needs. Sessions are usually held weekly.
Having been a client myself, I understand how important it is to feel safe and supported when opening up. Creating that safe space is at the heart of how I work.
