About me and my therapy practice

You might be feeling stressed, overwhelmed, lonely, or stuck in difficult relationship patterns. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand what is happening beneath the surface.

I offer:

• in-person therapy in London Bridge and Greenwich

• online sessions

• therapy in English or French

• individual therapy

• couples therapy

Practice description

My approach is relational and embodied. This means we pay attention to how experiences live not only in your thoughts and feelings but also in your body and relationships. Together we may explore patterns from earlier life experiences, how they show up in the present, and ways of connecting that feel more authentic and grounded.

I often work with people who are:

• navigating life transitions such as relocation, career changes, separation, or becoming a parent

• living between cultures or countries and exploring questions of identity and belonging

• feeling stuck in repeating relationship patterns

• experiencing anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm

• feeling isolated or disconnected in the fast pace of London life

I particularly enjoy working with young adults, a time of life when questions about identity, direction, relationships, and independence can feel especially present.

I was trained as a clinical psychologist in France (Master’s, Aix-Marseille University) and have lived internationally, which informs my sensitivity to how culture, language, and personal history shape identity and belonging.

My first session

Our first session is simply a conversation — a chance to meet and see how we might work together.

Some people come to therapy for the first time, unsure of what to expect, while others may have already done personal work and are looking to explore things more deeply. Both are welcome.
