Hello, I’m Natascha – a Â鶹ԭ´´-registered counsellor with a warm, person-centered approach, which means I believe you are the expert in your own life. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can share what’s on your mind, explore what’s going on for you, and simply breathe for a while, no judgment, no pressure.

I specialise in supporting young people, but also work with parents, adults, and couples who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of someone to talk to. My background is in mentoring/advocacy and emotional support, with a particular focus on mental health, trauma, and behaviour so I understand the complexities of juggling life, relationships, and self-care.

While my core training is humanistic and person-centered, I also work integratively, adapting to your needs. This might involve gently exploring past experiences, building tools to manage anxiety or communication, or simply creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

Whether you’re a teenager navigating emotions, a parent needing guidance, a couple wanting to reconnect, or an individual seeking clarity I’m here to walk alongside you.

If it sounds like I might be the right fit for you, please get in touch for an informal, chat.

About me and my therapy practice

I work from a person-centered, humanistic approach, offering a warm and compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Therapy is tailored to suit your needs, whether that’s face-to-face, online, walk-and-talk sessions, or home visits. I also offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit to work together. My focus is on building a genuine, supportive relationship that meets you where you are emotionally and practically.

Practice description

I offer counselling sessions in a way that suits you best: face-to-face in a calm, confidential space, online via video call, over the telephone, or through walk ‘n’ talk sessions outdoors. Whichever feels right, my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can be heard and understood.

My first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. I offer this initial meeting at a standard rate.

During this session, I’ll explain how counselling works and answer any questions you might have. I may also ask clients to complete a brief assessment to help understand your needs and goals better,  which helps me tailor our work together from the start.

There’s no pressure it’s simply a chance to explore whether you feel comfortable working with me before committing to ongoing sessions.
