About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Wren, an integrative psychotherapist offering a warm and supportive space where you can bring whatever feels most important. I work with people experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as those navigating more complex or long-standing difficulties, including diagnoses such as schizophrenia and Complex PTSD. Whether you are facing a recent challenge or have been living with ongoing mental health concerns, I offer a thoughtful, compassionate space where your experiences will be met with care and respect, and explored at your pace.
Finding the right therapist is an important step. In our work together, we can work towards helping you feel more grounded, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthier relationships, and strengthen your sense of self. I offer a steady, reflective space where insight can support meaningful and lasting change.
I offer therapy in-person and remotely via Zoom, working from my practice in West London. I work on an open-ended basis, so there is no set minimum or maximum number of sessions. Instead, I believe therapy should last for as long as it feels supportive and meaningful for you.
Practice description
I offer therapy remotely via Zoom, working from my practice in West London, or in-person from a space in Ealing. This location is a 15 minute walk from Ealing Broadway station. I work on an open-ended basis, which means there is no set minimum or maximum number of sessions. Instead, I believe therapy should last for as long as it feels supportive and meaningful for you.
Some people come to therapy with a specific focus and find a shorter number of sessions helpful, while others may wish to continue for a longer period as the work develops. We can review your progress together at any point, so that the pace and length of therapy reflects your needs. My aim is to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel able to decide what works best for you.
My first session
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and to explore what brings you to therapy. It’s an opportunity for me to understand your needs and for you to see whether my approach feels like a good fit for you. You’re welcome to ask any questions about how I work, as well as share any concerns or hopes you may have about the process. There’s no pressure to make a decision straight away - what matters most is that you feel comfortable and confident in choosing the right therapist for you.
I also offer a free, no-obligation, 15-minute consultation. If you're interested, please contact me for availability.
