About me and my therapy practice
How I Work
My approach is integrative, treating you as an individual and adapting therapy to suit your experiences, pace, and goals. Grounded in person-centred practice and eco-therapy, I offer a steady and compassionate space to explore what feels important. I aim to create a confidential, non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. Therapy is collaborative, you set the pace and together we explore whatever feels important or challenging.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and have a strong interest in how stress, trauma and emotional overwhelm shape the nervous system. My intention is always to support you in a way that feels alleviative, restorative and tailored to your needs.
A key part of my practice is nature-based work, recognising the grounding and regulating effect that the natural world can offer.
What I Offer
Online and Phone Therapy
Online and Phone sessions are available for initial consultations and for clients who prefer to engage with therapy remotely. This can be a comfortable starting point if you’re not ready for outdoor work.
Ecotherapy (Outdoor Sessions)
For those who feel drawn to nature, I offer sessions in local green spaces. These may involve walking, sitting or simply being outdoors. Nature can provide a gentle, spacious environment that supports reflection, grounding and emotional clarity.
Indoor Therapy
I offer in-person sessions in a calm, comfortable space. This provides a quiet and confidential environment where you can focus fully on your thoughts and feelings. Indoor sessions are ideal for those who aren’t ready for outdoor work or who simply prefer a traditional counselling setting.
Practice description
Starting counselling can feel like a big step, especially when you’re not sure where to begin. My role is to walk alongside you as you find your footing and make sense of what’s going on in your life. I offer a calm, steady presence as you make sense of your inner world.
Many of the people I work with feel anxious, depressed, isolated or stuck. Others are moving through grief, burnout or long-standing patterns such as people-pleasing, self-criticism or difficulty expressing emotions. You may feel disconnected from yourself, unsure of your direction or carrying more than you can comfortably hold.
I bring warmth, thoughtfulness and consistency to my work. I’m drawn to approaches that help people reconnect with themselves, emotionally, physically and through the natural world. Outside of therapy, I spend a lot of time in nature and value creative practices that help me stay grounded and reflective.

Getting in Touch
You’re welcome to book a free 15 minute consultation to see whether working together feels right for you.
From there, you can choose between online sessions, indoor or eco-therapy sessions in local green spaces.
If you’re looking for a supportive and compassionate space to explore your life at your own pace, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, empathy and reliability.
My first session
In our first session, we will explore what has brought you to therapy and begin to map the landscape of your experiences.
