About me and my therapy practice

Tube: London Bridge / Borough

Whatever you’re facing right now, I offer a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space where you can begin to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

As a Â鶹ԭ´´-registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I’m here to support you whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or going through a specific crisis. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on and work towards greater understanding. Wherever our sessions take us, my priority is to ensure you feel supported, heard, and safe.

I work one-to-one with adults, offering weekly psychotherapy sessions either in-person or online.
