About me and my therapy practice
Hello I'm Grace, I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Are you finding it difficult to navigate challenges in your life? I offer a safe, supportive space where we can explore what you're experiencing and work together to help you discover your own answers-whether that leads to acceptance, peace, or change. I believe in a collaborative approach that fosters liberation and empowers you to shape your present and future.
I provide a warm, welcoming space where we can explore whatever is on your mind. Taking the first step towards counselling is a powerful decision, one that opens the door to healing, personal growth, and a deeper understanding of who you are.
I have extensive experience in working with adults, children and young people with neurodiversity, and supporting them through a range of challenges. I also work with parents of children who have SEN.
Practice description
My approach is relational and integrative, which means you will always be at the centre of our work together. I’ll listen deeply, and together, we’ll find the best ways to support your unique needs and goals. I use a blend of therapeutic techniques including compassion focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and creative tools to help you navigate whatever challenges you’re facing, ensuring the approach fits what feels most right for you.
Throughout this journey, I’ll be there to walk alongside you with patience, respect, and care. If we ever need to gently explore your past to understand how it impacts your present, we’ll take it at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I believe you already hold the answers to the questions you ask. My role is to guide and support you through the process of discovering them. A strong therapeutic relationship is essential in helping you feel safe enough to explore the places within yourself that need attention and care.
Above all, I’m committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where you can be your true self. Together, we’ll work through your challenges with kindness and understanding, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
