Hello and welcome. If you have found yourself here, you might be searching for understanding, relief, clarity or simply a safe space to talk. Whatever brings you to this moment, I am here to meet you with warmth, compassion and curiosity.
I hold a degree in Psychology and completed a Âé¶¹Ô´´-accredited postgraduate diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy is a collaborative process: one where we can explore not only pain and uncertainty, but also resilience and possibility.
My approach is relational and thoughtful, informed by the understanding that we are shaped not only by our present but also by our histories and inner narratives.
My aim is to support you in developing a deeper understanding of your experiences, relationships and emotions, and to help you move toward growth and change.
Practice description
My approach is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic perspectives including person-centred, psychodynamic, existential and solution-focused therapies. This flexible and tailored approach allows us to work together in a way that is responsive to your unique experience-whether you are seeking clarity, healing, growth or change.
You might be dealing with anxiety, loss, identity questions, low mood, relationship challenges, life transitions and so on. My aim is to meet you where you are and to create a space of warmth, empathy and reflection, where your voice and experience can take centre stage.
My first session
Before we begin, I offer a free brief consultation call so we can get to know one another. This is a space for you to ask questions and for us to see if we feel comfortable working together. I understand that starting therapy can be daunting-this first step is about easing into the process.
Our initial session will be an opportunity for you to share more of your background, current challenges and hopes for therapy. From there, we can collaboratively shape a direction and pace that feels right for you. We will also agree on the terms of our work together, including confidentiality, boundaries and session frequency.
