About me and my therapy practice
I am an engaged and interactive psychotherapist with a deep respect for your uniqueness and individuality.
I will offer safe and reflective space where you can explore what troubles you, work through difficulties and discover new ways to create positive change.
I work alongside you to navigate day-to-day challenges while also supporting you in deepening your awareness of yourself, your patterns, and your experiences, so that healing and growth can take place. I work using Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis approaches to help you understand yourself and connect with your thoughts, feelings, body and experiences.
I work in an open, non-defensive and collaborating way inviting regular check-ins and feedback to ensure therapy feels right for you.
I can provide support for clients with a range of issues, including: shame, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, low self-esteem and self-worth and the many other interconnected issues that impact life & mental well-being.
I have experience working across the NHS and a range of mental health charities.
Alongside my private practice, I work with a mental health charity helping make psychotherapy more accessible.

My first session
First Session – What to Expect?
I understand that the first therapy session can sometimes feel daunting and my role is to support you from the very beginning.
The first session is an opportunity for us to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, expectations and needs, and address any questions you may have.
We will also talk about how we might work together, including the frequency and potential length of therapy. This will be reviewed regularly as part of our ongoing work. Some people benefit most from long-term therapy, while others experience meaningful change in just a few sessions - the duration always depends on your needs and goals.
The first session is offered at a reduced fee of £60. There’s no obligation to continue afterward.
You are very welcome to get in touch if you’d like to know more, schedule a session or have a chat about how we might work together.
