I offer sessions in a cosy room in Hove or online—whichever feels best for you. Sessions are available weekday evenings, Monday to Thursday, and Saturday mornings. Availability can vary, so please feel free to get in touch to find out about current openings and discuss a time and format that works best for you.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, reflective, and non-judgmental space in a cosy room in Hove, where we can explore difficult thoughts and feelings together. The work is grounded in psychodynamic principles, meaning we’ll look not only at what’s going on in your life now, but also at how past experiences and patterns may be shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships today. This process can help you make sense of what you're feeling, deepen your self-awareness, and discover more grounded and meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others. Through our work together, you'll be supported in building resilience to navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Brighton and I currently work as a psychotherapeutic counsellor in Brighton & Hove and I am also employed at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. Prior to my studies, I volunteered with the Samaritans in Hove, where I gained valuable firsthand experience supporting individuals in suicidal crisis.
Practice description
In my practice, you’ll find a calm, confidential space where you can speak freely and feel heard without judgment. You won’t be offered quick fixes or strategies — instead, you’ll be supported in understanding yourself more fully. This deeper self-awareness can bring you clarity, relief, and the possibility of lasting change.
You’ll be met with a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, thoughtful, and supportive. Sessions are usually held weekly.
My first session
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of trust and rapport. You’ll have space to talk about what’s brought you to therapy, and we’ll start to explore what you’d like support with. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll go at your pace. From the beginning, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship — one that can support healing, self-understanding, and the development of inner strength.
