About me and my therapy practice
I am dual-trained in counselling and coaching. Combining these two approaches allows for a deeper understanding of what’s going on and why, and, in time, a focus on what could be different.
I specialise in helping clients with:
- Stress, anxiety, and burnout
- Low mood, confidence, and self-esteem
- Identity and values
- Life transitions: career changes, redundancy, new parenthood, relationship changes and upheaval due to planned and unplanned events
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years in financial, professional, and technology services, helping individuals navigate change and build resilience. I understand the pressures that come with demanding roles, and the challenge of finding balance in a busy world.

Practice description
I often work with people who are seeking clarity, confidence, and direction - those who want to reconnect with their values, feel more in control, and move towards a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and values-based. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what matters most, build self-awareness, and make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
I see clients in a private therapy room in South Woodford (minutes from the tube station) or in Barkingside (a short walk from Fairlop and Barkingside stations). Online clients can be based anywhere in the UK.
