About me and my therapy practice

Feeling lost, anxious, or unsure where to turn? You're not alone, and you don’t have to face it alone either. I offer a calm, confidential space to explore whatever’s going on for you, at your pace.

Together we’ll work towards greater clarity, where you can feel truly heard, without judgment and where your experiences are treated with respect and care.

I work in a way that’s flexible and personalised to you, not a rigid one-size-fits-all model. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, or just feel that something’s ‘off’, we’ll explore it together in a way suitable for you.

Counselling with me is collaborative. I’ll walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and begin to make sense of your thoughts and emotions.

My aim is to help you build greater self-understanding, confidence and resilience so that you can move towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Practice description

I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the Â鶹ԭ´´. That means I’m committed to working ethically, safely, and in a way that puts you at the heart of the process.

I’ve supported children, young people, adults, and those who are neurodivergent or disabled. Every client is different, which is why I offer a personalised approach that adapts to your needs, not the other way around.

I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate and am happy to answer any questions you have about how we’d work together.

My first session

The first session is a chance for us to talk about what’s going on for you and what’s brought you to therapy. It’s also an opportunity for us both to get a feel for how we might work together.

You’ll have a calm, confidential space to say as much, or as little, as you want. We’ll discuss what you might want from therapy and what that could look like. There’s no pressure, no expectation, just a supportive conversation to help you decide if this feels like the right fit.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, including open-ended work or a fixed number of sessions. It all depends on what’s most helpful to you.

What I can help with

Abuse, ADD / ADHD, Addictions, Anger management, Anxiety, Autism spectrum, Bereavement, Child related issues, Depression, Disability, Health related issues, Identity issues, Loss, Men's issues, Neurodiversity, Personal development, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Stress, Trauma, Work related issues
