I currently have availability for new clients. Sessions are offered in person (West London), online, or by phone.

My working days are:

Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Evening appointments (after 6:00 PM) are available online only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, subject to availability.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified psychodynamic therapist offering a warm, reflective, and confidential space for individuals seeking to explore emotional difficulties and life challenges. My approach is grounded in the belief that our early experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. Together, we can make sense of patterns that may feel stuck or confusing, and open space for new ways of being.

I work at your pace. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, or a general sense of being overwhelmed, disconnected or lost, Therapy can offer insight and understanding. You don’t need to have a clear reason to begin—sometimes giving voice to your thoughts is the first step.

I have experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds, and I aim to create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and responsive to your individual story.

Creating a Steady Rhythm for Our Work

Sessions are 50 minutes long (therapeutic hour) and take place in person (West London), online, or by phone. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your needs. Sessions are held weekly at the same time each week to ensure consistency and continuity.

Therapy is a meaningful step towards change, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the journey.

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help us both get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.This call is a space for you to ask any questions you may have and to share a little about what you're looking for.

If we continue, the first session—or more if needed—will be a full paid assessment session. This allows us to explore your priorities and assess whether my approach is a good therapeutic fit for you.
