About me and my therapy practice

My therapy practice

Hoping for change?

Do you often find yourself stuck in a cycle of worrying about what others think of you? Maybe you fear they’ll reject you or that you won’t fit in. This constant anxiety can make it hard to relax, leaving you feeling tense and full of doubt.

At work, these feelings might grow stronger. You may be convinced your co-workers don’t like you, or worse, that they’re talking about you when you’re not around.

Even when surrounded by people, it can feel like no one truly cares about who you are or how you’re doing. That lingering sense of disconnection can lead to deep loneliness, making it seem like you’re alone in your struggles and that others don’t understand.

Starting counselling may seem daunting, but it’s a supportive space to explore yourself and overcome what holds you back by:

  • Being able to live the life you want without worrying
  • Improving existing relationships
  • Building more supportive relationships where you feel value

About me and how I help

Through personal counselling, I learned to prioritise my wellbeing and needs, which resulted in more meaningful relationships. Although reaching out for help can feel daunting, every concern is valid—no matter how small. I support those who struggle to express themselves or practice self-care, drawing from my own experience and understanding. My aim is to help you find your authentic self and build a life that honours your needs and goals.
