About me and my therapy practice
If life is feeling challenging right now, you don’t have to carry it by yourself. I can offer a safe and non-judgemental space to make sense of your experiences and explore what matters most to you. I will help you untangle what's going on so you can feel calmer and more in control.
I have experience of supporting people through a wide range of issues from anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship struggles, work stress, or major life transitions. Alongside professional experience in various charity and business sectors, I bring empathy, practical understanding, and insight into our sessions. Together, we can work towards clarity and a greater sense of well-being.
Practice description
I believe that the relationship we build together is at the heart of therapy, and I’ll provide a supportive place where you can feel truly heard and understood. My approach is person-centred, drawing on other therapeutic methods where helpful, tailored to your needs and at your pace.
I am a qualified registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Âé¶¹Ô´´) and work in line with their Ethical Framework to ensure you receive safe, professional care. I also undertake regular continuous professional development.
You might want just a few sessions to focus on something specific, or longer-term support to explore things more deeply, we’ll decide together what feels right for you.
My first session
I offer a free 20-minute call so you can get a sense of how I work and ask any questions before deciding if you’d like to begin counselling. It’s also an opportunity to see if I feel like the right therapist for you.
