About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative transpersonal and trauma psychotherapist working in London and online.

I offer a depth-oriented, integrative approach to psychotherapy, drawing from transpersonal, Jungian, somatic, and trauma-informed modalities. My approach is collaborative, integrative, and in-depth, grounded in creating a safe and steady space where complex inner experiences can be explored at your own pace.

Practice description

I work with adults (20+) online and in person, offering individual psychotherapy sessions on a weekly basis, both short-term and longterm.

My approach

We live in a world that often pulls us away from ourselves–encouraging disconnection from the body, the imagination, and the deeper layers of meaning in our lives. That’s why my work places particular emphasis on embodiment, nervous system regulation, and working with dreams and symbolic material.

I place particular emphasis on safety and nervous system regulation, offering psychoeducation about trauma and the body, and supporting you in developing a more compassionate and connected relationship with yourself. Within the safety of our therapeutic relationship, you can examine how early experiences, unconscious patterns, and internalised narratives may be shaping your current relationships, behaviours, and sense of self, and you can learn new ways of being that lead to resilience, freedom, and creativity.

Depending on your needs and preferences, our work may include dreamwork, somatic practices, and creativity as ways of accessing and integrating what lies beneath the surface. I see these as valuable tools in supporting meaningful and lasting transformation.

Training

I have completed a Post-graduate Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy at CCPE (4 years), as well as Levels 1 and 2 of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy–a body-based approach to healing PTSD and developmental trauma.

I have additional training in IFS, ADHD and autism support, psychedelic integration and harm reduction, and mindfulness.

Clients

I welcome people navigating a wide range of issues, including grief, relationship difficulties, identity questions, creative blocks, spiritual crisis, creative blocks, and early trauma. My practice is neurodiversity-informed and inclusive of different spiritual or philosophical orientations.

In addition to my private practice, I offer regular dream groups and I collaborate with the Dream Research Institute in London.
