I have capacity for both daytime and evening sessions. I work primarily online but am looking for face to face opportunities in the future.
I understand the pressures of time both personally and professionally and will endeavour to arrange a session the meets both our needs.
About me and my therapy practice
At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for your individuality. I believe that each person carries within them the wisdom and capacity to grow, heal, and move forward—and my role is to create the right conditions for that journey to unfold. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental environment where you’re free to explore whatever feels important. I’m not here to give advice or direct your path—instead, I listen with empathy, respond with honesty, and hold space for you to come into greater connection with yourself. I offer more than just a listening ear—I bring a thoughtful, imaginative approach to our work, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, identity, or simply seeking greater clarity, our journey will unfold with sensitivity and purpose.
Practice description
My practise is centred around the individual. You are the expert of your experience. I trust in your capacity for growth and healing. My role is to support that process by providing a safe, compassionate environment where you can explore your inner world with curiosity and courage. I may use creative tools such as guided imagery, journaling, metaphor, or artistic reflection—always led by what feels right for you. Let’s make space for everything that needs to be felt. No matter how tangled or unclear things seem, we’ll gently untangle the threads together. My approach isn’t about fixing you—it’s about witnessing you, empowering you, and helping you reconnect with your innate strength.
If this resonates, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
My first session
Your first session is a gentle introduction to the therapeutic space—a chance for us to begin building trust, and for you to get a sense of how I work as a person-centred counsellor. You don’t need to prepare or perform. You simply show up, as you are.
We’ll talk about what led you to seek counselling, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns or questions you may have. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. There’s no pressure to dive into everything right away.
A Bit of Housekeeping I’ll explain how our sessions work—confidentiality, boundaries, session length and frequency, and any practical matters like fees and cancellations. This helps set clear, safe expectations from the start.
