About me and my therapy practice
Hi there, I’m Grace. I'm a qualified, Â鶹Դ´-registered Psychotherapist offering counselling in East Molesey, Weybridge and online, for those who prefer remote support.
I work with individuals (16+) and couples from diverse backgrounds, supporting them on their healing journey in a safe, compassionate and judgement-free space.
I am trained as a counsellor with a BA in Integrative-Relational Counselling, and am a registered member with the Â鶹Դ´.
My integrative approach draws on a range of therapeutic models, tailored to meet your unique needs. I work holistically, considering your mind, body, culture, race, spirituality, neurotype, age, gender identity, sexuality and ability - whatever feels most relevant to you. I am encouraging, but will challenge gently too. I won’t offer advice, but I will offer thoughts, reflections and questions to get you thinking, not only in the session but between them as well. Additionally, I often work creatively in sessions, using tools like music, art, nesting dolls, postcards, sandboxes and toys.
My experience includes areas such as:
- Relationship or family issues - individuals and couples
- Anxiety, depression, stress & burnout
- Bereavement, grief & loss
- Abuse & trauma recovery
- Cultural & racial identity exploration (including racism and discrimination)
- LGBTQIA+ issues & gender identity support
- Neurodivergence (specialising in ADHD)
- Anger & emotional regulation
- Workplace stress
- Low self-esteem & loneliness
- Health anxiety & concerns
I proudly offer a queer-friendly, trans-inclusive practice for both individuals and couples, creating a safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have a passion for working with the Neurodivergent community, in particular supporting ADHD clients, at whatever stage they’re at in their journey of discovery.
If you’re here, you’re likely taking the first brave steps in looking for a therapist. I'd love to learn more about you and see how we could work together.
