About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel like everyone else has life figured out while you鈥檙e stuck, second-guessing every decision? Maybe you鈥檙e feeling weighed down by self-doubt, or you鈥檙e trapped in a draining job or relationship. If it feels like nothing you do is ever quite good enough, you鈥檙e not alone and things can change.

A bit about me:
My journey into counselling began in my teens when I was struggling with OCD and first experienced therapy. I believed something was wrong with me until a kind counsellor helped me see I wasn鈥檛 broken, just neurodivergent. That encounter inspired me to help others. I鈥檝e spent over nine years learning about mental health. In addition to my counselling diploma I have a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Health Psychology. I鈥檝e worked across many different sectors, most recently supporting adolescents and young adults. I鈥檓 currently training to become a self-defence instructor, developing my interest in mind-body wellbeing.

My first session
I offer a free 15 minute 'compatibility call' for you to make sure that I'm a good fit for you. If you want to start sessions, we will agree on the format (online, in-person or home visit) and day/time. Before we begin, I鈥檒l provide a counselling agreement that outlines how we鈥檒l work together. It covers important details like confidentiality, session length and fees, cancellation policies, and what you can expect from our sessions. The first session is paid for upfront, after which we will agree on a payment schedule.
