About me and my therapy practice

Life can be unpredictable. At times, we face moments of crisis where our world feels shaken and the way forward is hard to see. You may feel lost, weighed down by the past, stuck in a rut, or unsure of who you are. Grief, anxiety, and depression can feel relentless. And sometimes we just don鈥檛 feel 鈥渜uite right鈥 without knowing why. Taking the step to consider therapy is already a courageous and positive move鈥攜ou鈥檝e done the hardest part.

My name is Daniella, and I am an integrative psychotherapist. This means I draw on different approaches depending on your needs, because I don鈥檛 believe in a one-size-fits-all model. You are unique, and my aim is to shape therapy around you.My core way of working brings together person-centred and psychodynamic perspectives, while also drawing on CBT techniques when helpful. (Please feel free to take a look at my website which will explain these approaches a little bit more). This flexibility allows us to work in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy should be a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space. I will listen with care, walk alongside you in your struggles, and support you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together we might look at how past experiences influence the present, make sense of difficult patterns in relationships, or find new ways of managing anxiety, depression, or self-critical thinking.

I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship itself鈥攐n building trust, warmth, and compassion鈥攕o that you feel safe to share openly. Therapy is a collaborative process where we can connect with your strengths, build resilience, and help you move towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Practice description

I work with adults facing many different challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, neurodiversity, identity, and the impact of health conditions. I also support people exploring questions around gender, sexuality, or cultural background. Whatever you bring, I aim to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and respected for who you are.

Alongside my private practice, I volunteer with a mental health charity that provides low-cost support to a diverse range of clients. I am committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards and follow the professional codes set by 麻豆原创. Confidentiality, respect, and trust are at the heart of my work, and your wellbeing will always be my priority.

I offer both in-person sessions in North West London and secure online therapy and sessions are 50 minutes.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute phone or online consultation before we decide to work together. This is a chance for us to meet, talk about what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy, and see if it feels like the right fit. You can also ask any questions you might have about me, my approach, or how therapy works.

If you decide to go ahead, our first full session will be 50 minutes and charged at my usual rate. In this session, we鈥檒l begin exploring what has brought you to therapy, what you鈥檇 like to focus on, and what you hope to get out of the process. The first session is also a chance for you to get a feel for my style of working and whether it feels like the right support for you.
