About me and my therapy practice

As a a dedicated, down to earth and empathetic counsellor, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. I have experience working with a variety of issues including suicidal ideation, suicidal bereavement, bereavement and loss, gambling addictions, relationship difficulties, sexuality, fertility problems, depression and anxiety. i have additional training in neurodiversity affirming practice. I have a relaxed and non clinical approach that prioritises a trusting relationship and a comfortable environment.

I believe that relationships are the key to a productive therapeutic relationship so I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to let you decide if we are a fit.
