About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative counsellor offering a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space for individuals and couples to explore a range of relational and sexual concerns. I work exclusively online, providing flexible, accessible therapy to meet the diverse needs and schedules of my clients.
My therapeutic style is warm, relational and reflective. I draw on a range of therapeutic models—including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—to support you in a way that feels meaningful and relevant to your unique experiences. I offer a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach, with a deep respect for each client’s story, background, and identity.
Whether you are navigating challenges such as infidelity, communication difficulties, grief, depression, or sexual anxieties, my aim is to meet you where you are. I work with clients from all backgrounds and have a particular passion for supporting individuals and couples from LGBTQ+ and GSRD (Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diverse) communities. My practice is informed by cultural humility, and I seek to honour and empower every aspect of who you are.
Practice description
You may be seeking therapy due to relationship issues, struggles with intimacy, cultural or identity concerns, anxiety, or feelings of disconnection. Perhaps you're dealing with the aftermath of infidelity, differences in desire, communication breakdowns, or the weight of grief or depression. Therapy offers a space to reflect, process, and make meaningful changes in your emotional, relational, and sexual well-being.
Therapy is a collaborative process and a courageous step toward healing and self-understanding. My approach is to work alongside you to uncover patterns, process emotions, and build insight into yourself and your relationships, always at a pace that feels right for you.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel daunting, and so I offer an initial consultation where we can explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and decide whether working together feels like a good fit.
If we choose to proceed, we can discuss whether short-term or long-term therapy feels appropriate. Sessions are 50 minutes, usually held weekly, and always conducted online to offer convenience and consistency in your care.
