About me and my therapy practice

I see therapy as offering a supportive space to untangle your life experiences at your own pace.

My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative. Together, we’ll gently identify patterns that might be keeping you stuck, thoughtfully consider past experiences, and tap into your existing wisdom. From here, we can experiment with new possibilities that align more closely with who you are today.

Much of my work supports adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, past traumas, or feelings of being stuck. I have a professional background in media and creative fields, and extensive experience supporting those working in freelancer proffessions. My practice is inclusive and affirming, welcoming people of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities.

Practice description

My humanistic approach draws from Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and mindfulness practices. Think of this as a toolbox filled with resources we can tailor specifically to your needs.

This is talking therapy, with me alongside you as we explore your experiences, always with compassion, curiosity, and a focus on deepening self-awareness and understanding.

My first session

I invite you to have a free 15 minute video call to see if we are a good fit. This is not a therapy session, but an opportunity to understand what you might want to explore in therapy and an opportunity to ask any questions about therapy and how we might work together.

All sessions that follow are 50 minutes. Our first session will include an assessment, which is a conversation where we look at your current circumstances, the issues that are most affecting you, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

If you’re unfamiliar with therapy, we’ll explore what feels most useful to you and build a process that works around your needs.
