I offer in-person, open-ended psychodynamic psychotherapy. My practice is in Ealing, W5.
About me and my therapy practice
It’s not always easy to reach out for support, especially when life feels overwhelming, or you’re stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. You might be experiencing anxiety, low mood, or a sense that something just isn’t right, even if you can’t name exactly what. I offer a safe, reflective space where we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
I’m a Â鶹Դ´-registered psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor. My approach is rooted in the belief that our past relationships and experiences often shape how we feel, think, and relate in the present. Working together, we can begin to understand these patterns and create room for new ways of being. My practice is culturally sensitive, thoughtful, and grounded in a genuine curiosity about who you are and what matters to you.
Practice description
I treat all my clients as unique individuals who would like to experience therapeutic change within themselves. I work with a wide range of issues — including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, post-natal struggles, domestic violence, and challenges young adults face today.
Whether you’re carrying something specific or simply feel disconnected, therapy can help you begin to make sense of things. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and whether this space feels right for you.
My first session
In our first session, we’ll explore your presenting concerns in more detail and gather some background information. This initial meeting is also a chance for you to get a sense of how we might work together and to see if my approach feels like a good fit for you. There’s no obligation to continue—sometimes a different method or a more specialised service may be more appropriate, and if so, we can discuss what might best support your needs.
Sessions take place weekly and last for 50 minutes, held at the same time each week. Therapy is usually open-ended, giving us the space to work at your pace, though shorter-term work can also be discussed — we can talk about this during our initial phone call.
The fee for the initial session and each session thereafter is £75. I offer a reduced fee of £60 a session for 18-24 year olds.
