About me and my therapy practice
Therapy provides an opportunity for you to reflect on what is troubling you away from the usual distractions of everyday life.
Each of us has our own individual experiences, history, challenges and strengths, and these will form the basis of our work together because the more clearly we understand the origins of your distress and the richness of your inner resources, the better placed we will be to create your own unique path to healing.
My ultimate aim is for you to leave therapy having achieved meaningful and lasting change, armed with insights that will support you long after our time together has come to an end.
Practice description
I usually suggest that we meet online, once a week, at a regular time. However, I am open to being flexible in order to suit individual circumstances, where possible.
I also offer the option of a Single Session Therapy (SST) where we aim to make meaningful progress on a single issue in just one session. Additional support is always available afterwards in the form of further sessions or signposting to other forms of support, if desired.
We can discuss, together, when you book your initial call, the best way forward for you.
My first session
I offer the option of a 15-minute, free-of-charge phone or video call before booking your first session.
For your first full session, I charge £35.
You are under no obligation to return for further sessions.
