I work as a person-centred counsellor and navigate towards a humanistic approach. I feel the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client is vital to our work, in a safe, contained environment. 

Therapy is about discovering who you are. By understanding how the past can shape the present, we can work towards building deeper connections with others, with the main focus on you and your world.

I have worked for a bereavement charity and understand the complexities of navigating grief. 

My approach is tailored to your needs, whether you're seeking short-term support or deeper self-growth.

I offer a safe, contained and personal space for my clients.

I work remotely at present via zoom, and before starting our work, we would set up a free 15-minute zoom call.

I have a client contact form, which would need to be filled out prior to starting our first session. 

Sessions are for 50 minutes at a rate of £70.00
