About me and my therapy practice
In my practice, I am deeply passionate about exploring the core issues of identity and belonging, and how these powerful forces shape our sense of self. Life can often feel like a balancing act between who we truly are and who we feel we should be.
This means we won't just talk about your experiences, we will safely explore the different parts of who you are, look at the relational patterns and scripts you might be repeating, and bring creative awareness to how you experience these dynamics in the present moment.
When we feel disconnected from our communities, our culture, our families, or even ourselves, it can lead to a profound sense of isolation, anxiety, or feeling stuck. I provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where we can gently untangle these complexities together.
Therapeutic Approaches
I draw on a range of approaches, including:
Person-centred counselling
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Gestalt Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy
Transactional Analysis
Psychodrama
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
This flexible approach means we can explore what works best for you and your wellbeing.
