About me and my therapy practice

Counselling offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Counselling can help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate challenging or traumatic life events or move towards your personal goals. It can be useful at different times in your life for maintaining or improving your mental health, to work towards personal growth or to explore and heal from trauma. As an integrative counsellor, I draw up therapeutical modalities such as person-centred and psychodynamic theories

Practice description

People come to counselling for many reasons, each as unique as you are. Often, it's about finding a safe space to unpack thoughts and feelings that seem overwhelming or confusing when dealt with alone. At Silvina Counselling, I offer a supportive and confidential therapeutic relationship, where you connect more deeply with yourself so that you find clarity to make meaningful choices that enrich your life positively.

I understand the uniqueness of individuals and provide tailored therapy for each client where you can be truly honest and open. My role is to be with you as you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences 鈥� growing your self-awareness, and working towards making the changes you want to make in your life.
