About me and my therapy practice

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I offer a personalised, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing on a range of therapeutic models to meet you where you are. My work is informed by CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and relational and interpersonal approaches. Together, we can explore what’s going on in your inner world and make sense of your experiences in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and meaningful.

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not quite yourself, navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, low mood, ADHD, low self-esteem, trauma, intimacy, or a sense of disconnection. Perhaps you’re looking for space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, what's happened in the past, to make sense of things, and to feel more grounded. My clients often come to therapy wanting greater clarity, confidence, and change that feels meaningful and lasting.

I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop new tools for emotional resilience, and move forward with purpose and self-compassion.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Therapy is a space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I offer a free initial consultation so we can get to know each other, talk about what’s going on for you, and see if working together feels like the right fit.

Practice description

I offer therapy online and in-person, providing a calm, confidential space where you can explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My practice is inclusive and affirming, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or looking for space to reflect and grow, we can work together to find an approach that supports your needs.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and take place weekly. I offer both short-term focused work and longer-term therapy, depending on what feels right for you. As well as individual therapy for adults, I also offer consultation and psychoeducational workshops for organisations.

My first session

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, and any questions you have about the process. It’s important that you feel safe and comfortable, so there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to.

We’ll also go over practical details such as confidentiality, session structure, and ways of working together. This session helps us decide if the fit feels right, and whether we’d like to continue. If I’m not the best person to support you, I’ll always do my best to point you in the right direction.

Above all, our first meeting is a supportive, collaborative space where your story is heard and respected.
