About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor my approach to suit the unique needs of each person I work with, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities. At the heart of what I offer is a space that feels safe, warm, and truly welcoming. A place where you can bring all parts of yourself. Whether you're carrying loneliness, fear, or uncertainty, you don’t have to hold it alone.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to move through a dark or uncertain time. Sometimes what we need most is a steady presence, an anchor to help us feel grounded again. From there, we can gently begin to explore the patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that may be holding you back, and start to give voice to the things that have remained unspoken.
A central part of my work is supporting your relationship with yourself. This often naturally connects to how you relate to others, your sense of identity, and the ways you've learned to attach and protect. My practice is shaped by psychodynamic principles, a client centred ethos, and parts work, always with curiosity and care.
I offer a free 15-minute call so you can ask any questions and get a feel for whether we might work well together. Reaching out can feel daunting and I’ll do my best to make that first step as comfortable as possible.
Practice description
At the moment I am working primarily online, but I have a few in person slots, so please reach out to me to see what is possible. Each session is 50 minutes long, and the frequency would typically be once a week, unless we work out that you need or would like something different.
My first session
Our first session would primarily be a 'get to know each other' session, where I would ask you some questions about what brings you to therapy, and you will have space to ask me questions. I'll try to support you to feel empowered in the space that you have, so you can communicate what you think would be helpful, or not helpful. After our first session, if you would like to continue, we will set up a therapeutic contract together to outline what our work will look like.
