About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I am Catherine. I am a friendly and approachable counsellor, offering in-person (Rochester and Rainham in Kent) and online counselling for adults over 18 with a range of issues including: anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss , low self- esteem, panic attacks, PTSD, trauma, relationship and family issues, and also the potential life challenges of neurodivergence such ADHD and Autism. What brought me to counselling is personally knowing the benefits of therapy and the positive impact it can bring to people's lives. I offer a supportive space, where you're free to talk through whatever's on your mind, without pressure or judgement.

I appreciate that reaching out for support—especially for the first time—may feel a little daunting, so I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
